Put Down the Bottle

The song that started it all! I was visiting Nashville over Labor Day in 2022 and while there, I was hanging out with a friend (who later turned into the producer of this project) doing karaoke in the living room. He said we should record something sometime and I had always wanted to do a project. I’d been writing lyrics for a long time but never took it seriously or further than that.

Fast forward to November 3rd, 2022 and we were recording “Put Down the Bottle” in a Nashville AirBnB. One of the pivotal moments in my life, it truly turned into such an incredible journey from there. I am so proud of this song and the final mastering of it was exactly how I had envisioned it. When I started this project, I wanted to go with a 90’s Classic Country sound. A vibe that you could feel sitting in an old bar with a jukebox or down by the river on a Friday night.
